Julia Lewis
has a long track record of success in marketing. She was Marketing & Sales Manager for The Mayflower Theatre in Southampton, employed there from 1990 2006, managing over 30 marketing and box office staff, including three managers. Previously she was Media Planner & Buyer for LMA, a leading advertising agency.
Among her strengths are marketing planning, organisation and communication. Her knowledge of mailings, advertising, market research and sales analysis is legendary, and she is used to exercising strict budgetary control.
Julia has a Professional Diploma in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Paul Lewis
is a business and marketing manager with many years experience and success. One of the three Executive Managers at The Mayflower Theatre (1992 2006), he directed Marketing, Box Office Sales, Front Of House and Stage & Technical, so he knows how to link marketing with the operational side of the business. He was also the theatres spokesperson. He began his career as a manager for John Menzies, then owned his own retail business before concentrating on arts marketing.
His expertise is in business strategy and development, project management, cost control, public relations and building long-term customer relationships.
